KIM MURPHY - President Kim's ten year work experience consist of financial statement preparation, health and pension estimates, budget management, financial and cost analysis and tax preparation. Kim is involved in many social, civic and business organizations. Currently, she is a member of the National Association of Black Accountants, The Urban League Young Professionals and has previously served as a mentor with the Big Brothers and Big sisters of Southern Illinois. Kim obtained a Bachelors Degree of Accountancy from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville. After spending several years with various companies, Kim established a very strong presence in initiating AFS. She not only is a founder, but was instrumental in establishing the company. |

VIVIAN MOORE - Vice President Vivian's ten year work experience consists of systems integration, implementation and application training, fund accounting for non-profit organiazations, budgetary managment, financial and costs analysis, personal tax preparation and general accounting functions for various companies. Vivian is involved in many social, civic and business organizations. Currently, she serves on the board for Women In Technology International-St. Louis. She is actively involved with the National Association of Black Accountants, The Urban League Young Professionals and has previously been a mentor for Big Brothers and Big Sisters of St. Louis Mentoring Institute. She obtained a Bachelors Degree of Accountancy and a Bachelors Degree of Business Administration from Missouri Baptist College. Currently, she is in the process of completing a Masters Degree of Business Administration with an anticipated completion date of December 2001. After working for various companies, she too, was instrumental in forming and is one of the founding partners. |

DELFAYE JASON - Treasurer/Secretary Delfaye's ten year work experience consists of preparation of financial statements, budget preparation and management, management of accounts payable and purchasing systems and auditing. Delfaye is involved in social, civic and business organizations. She is actively involved in the National Association of Black Accountants. In addition, she volunteers accounting services to a local day care and sorority. Delfaye obtained both a Bachelors of Science Degree in Finance and a Masters Degree of Business Administration from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville. After working for various companies, Delfaye is one of the founders of AFS and was very instrumental in the formation of the company. |
